The Modest Means Panel of Attorneys mission is to respond to the justice gap. Community Legal Access, has created our modest means panel of Attorneys to provide legal representation to individuals who cannot afford the standard high cost. We aim to bridge the gap for those who don’t qualify for free legal aid, but can’t afford standard priced attorneys. CLA partners with qualified and dedicated attorneys from many practice areas and counties throughout Arkansas who are willing to provide their expertise at a substantially reduced rate for those who are approved by CLA.
